The crèche is the very first step of life at church. It's the place where children can come and play, from birth till they are 3. We welcome breastfeeding mothers into the crèche, as well as noisy babies and fun toddlers. We currently have at least 9 children every Sunday, and this sometimes goes up to 15 if we have a busy week.
It's all fun and games (and a biscuit) in the crèche each week. Most children come in happily and play all the way through, and we help all of them to adjust to the environment when they first come. Rarely do we have to call a parent out of the main service. Rest assured, however, that if your child does need you, we will come and get you! We are currently thinking of adding some other activities besides just playing with the toys, so watch this space... Our aim is to give the children a really fun and safe time building friendships and enjoying being part of the Creche group.
